Tea Party a ‘Fad’ Rep. Brown Says

While Rep. Boyd Brown acknowledges the impact of the Tea Party movement on the 2010 election, he also doesn’t think it will be long-term. “I think it’s a fad, I think it will go away,” he tells a Dutch Fork High School class a couple days after the Nov. 2 election. He added, “The one single good thing about the Tea Party this year, was it drove voter turnout up.”
