Geoff Pallay

The Nerve


Geoff Pallay is a Policy Analyst for the South Carolina Policy Council. He joined the organization in June 2009, and works on policy issues ranging from economic development to healthcare and state spending.

Geoff is one of 81 fellows participating in the Koch Associate Program, a one-year fellowship based out of Washington DC. The Program was established to identify up-and-coming leaders and entrepreneurs interested in liberty and help them develop the knowledge, skills, and experience necessary for careers with market-oriented think tanks, policy institutes, and other non-profit organizations.

Originally from New Jersey, Geoff lives in Charleston with his wife, who is in her final year of medical school at MUSC.

Geoff received his Masters in Public Administration from the College of Charleston in May 2009. He completed his undergraduate study at Emory University where he double majored in History and Journalism.

Prior to receiving his Masters, Geoff worked as a copy editor for The Beaufort Gazette
