  • Why am I not surprised that Lexington-Richland 5, which has been so untransparent regarding its finances and plans for future construction, never mind the methodology behind its future planning, doesn't fare well in this study?

    Until these folks get it through their thick heads that it's our tax dollars they're spending, they shouldn't get another extra dollar until they can prove conclusively they need it. And that means being willing to open things up in a way that most everyone can understand, rather than double talk from the superintendent and board.
